How to Find Your Size
PLEASE NOTE
- We do not use standard US footwear sizing.
- Youth and adult sizes are listed together (sizes H9-H10 fit youth and small adult cleats)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heel against the wall
- Toe against a flat object
- Make sure the cleat is straight
- Measure from the wall to the object (inches)
- The length you measure is your size
- In between sizes? Choose the larger size
- Bulky cleats? Choose a half-size larger
Not compatible with cleats with sharp metal studs (rounded studs are okay), or cleats with a bulky sole (found on some baseball and softball cleats). If you're unsure about your cleats, contact us for help.

How to Use
For your convenience, your cleat guards and straps will come preassembled according to the following instructions.
STEP ONE
Place your guards on the ground, and use your hands to open each side outwards. Step into your guards with your cleats on, sliding your toe under the toe of the cleat guard, and then step firmly down into the heel.
STEP TWO
Attach the free edge of the strap to the button on the lateral (outer) side of each guard. This side of the strap is meant to be used each time you wear your guards.
ADJUSTING YOUR FIT
If you find that the strap is too tight or too loose around your cleats, take your cleats off and leave your guards on them. Adjust the attachment on the medial (inner) side of your guards up or down accordingly to customize your fit.
The strap should slide easily back and forth through the medial slot once detached, even with your cleats in your guards, allowing you to see and select the best setting more easily.
This attachment is only meant to be adjusted when you're finding the right fit for your cleats, and shouldn't require frequent adjustments. For this reason, we've intentionally made it harder to attach and detach the strap from this side.
Once you've made the appropriate adjustment, return to steps one and two to check your fit.

Care Instructions
Your cleat guards are meant to sustain the wear and tear that would usually damage your cleats, so inevitably they will wear down over time.
To keep them in good condition for as long as possible:
- Walk (do not run or jog) in your cleat guards, as running will increase degradation in high pressure regions and may result in premature wear
- Take your cleats out of your guards after use, and keep your guards out of extreme heat or freezing cold temperatures.
- Please note that due to the light-sensitive nature of the material, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat may result in discoloration.
- For easy cleaning, submerge your guards in room temperature soapy water, shake, and rinse thoroughly.

Safety Warning
Your cleat guards can be used to walk anywhere you can walk in standard shoes, before or after athletic training or competition.
WARNING: Your guards are not meant to be used as on-field performance footwear.
They should not be worn while practicing or competing, or during any intense physical activities (ex. running, sprinting, jumping, or lifting).
