From the beginning, Hypsole existed because athletes believed in a simple idea: that cleats shouldn’t have to come off the moment you step off the field. Your support, feedback, and enthusiasm helped bring that idea to life, and we’re incredibly grateful for the community that formed around it.
As we wind down operations, here are a few important dates and policies to be aware of:

April 3, 2026 (starting 10AM PST): Order return window becomes 14 days for non-final sale items
August 1, 2026 (starting 10AM PST): Orders placed are final sale
August 21, 2026 (through 5PM PST): Final day to shop on hypsole.com, use gift cards, and access customer accounts
September 30, 2026 (through 5PM PST): Final day to submit order inquiries under our current customer service policies
After September 30, 2026 (5PM PST): Inquiries sent to us will be treated as general inquiries and will no longer be subject to our current response time or service policies
All Hypsole gift cards must be redeemed by 5PM PST on August 21, 2026.
