We're manufacturing cleat guards using Digital Light Synthesis (Carbon DLS™) - a groundbreaking 3D printing process that uses digital light projection to cure liquid resin into solid products with incredible functional and visual properties. By using Carbon DLS™ to manufacture our cleat guards instead of traditional manufacturing processes, we're able to prototype and produce products faster than ever before, using geometries that can't be molded. Our latest result is Tidal 3D™ Elite - a cleat guard made of elastomeric polyurethane and printed in a deceptively durable lattice design for the ultimate cleat protection.
